You have been imbued with the power to spawn a lot of popcorn. Good thing, too, because you have no corporeal form, and you need to complete some mundane basic life tasks (like putting the lime in the coconut). Your popcorn-spawning superpower may not be very useful for saving lives, but at least it gives you a means of moving stuff around. Not a good one. But it's something.

Made solo for Trijam #334, but far exceeded the 3 hour time limit:

  • ~2 hours making hand-drawn art assets and beautifying the UI (all assets made new for this jam except for two UI button/panel shapes I made in a previous jam)
  • ~6 hours programming (I'm a beginner learning C#, and I did a big design pivot part way through and dunked half my code into the garbage)
  • ~1 more hour for finding free music and for itch page setup

The cute music in the game is Silly Escapades, from Echo-Media on Pixabay.

Thanks for playing! <3

Simple but fun

Like popcorn

Good work for 3 (+6) hours! I like that it didn't feel frustrating. So many physics games feel as if you're fighting against the game but this was fun.

This is great to hear, thank you!

pretty cool !

pop pop! <3

A good little game, very addictive.  Love the design, gameplay. Good job !

tysm for playing! <3

very basic, repetitive gameplay, but who cares? this game put a smile on my face! the physics are… they’re something! they sure do physic! the artstyle is charming, and the way the menus are worded and designed has a very “shoved together and thrown at you” feel that i also find very charming, and fitting for a jam with a three-hour time limit. even though you exceeded the time limit, you have an honorable mention in my heart. even though i have never heard of this gamejam before.

five stars out of five. keep at it! :)

Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad this made you smile! As for the menu wording, I like my UI to be clear yet unhinged, because "OK" and "Cancel" are fine, but "I Will Do Better" is...better. Ya know?
